This project aims to eliminate hunger and improve living conditions for women and children in eight villages in Ta Oi and Salavan districts, Salavan province, Laos, by focusing on education, health, sanitation, and nutrition. The project will train women in group collaboration, nutrition, sustainable farming, health, hygiene, and financial management to strengthen livelihoods.
The project also involves constructing and renovating essential infrastructure like toilets, water systems, and schools. These initiatives hope to empower women to create stronger, healthier communities for themselves and their families. In collaboration with the Province Education and Sports Department and the Department of Vocational Education of the Ministry of Education and Sports, we seek to create lasting change by equipping women with the skills and knowledge to foster healthier, more resilient communities.
The project is sponsored by Georg Kraus Stiftung (GKS)
